An interesting and environmentally conscious approach to development! Designing an incubation
centre, retail spaces, and cafes within a dense tree cover demonstrates a commitment to preserving
nature while promoting economic activity. By integrating the existing trees into the architecture and
planning, we were able to create a harmonious blend of man-made structures and natural
surroundings.
Site analysis was followed by Incorporating the existing trees into the architectural plans. Positioning
the buildings and altering the shape to suit the tree layout was suggested. Further buildings were
designed by the architects while we carried with detail design outdoor spaces in a way that
accommodates and respects the natural environment. Sustainable Construction Practices was
followed by implying eco-friendly construction techniques and materials that minimize the impact
on the trees and surrounding environment. Integrated Infrastructure to minimizes disruption to the
trees.
This resulted in sustainable and vibrant space that preserves the natural beauty of the tree cover
while providing opportunities for businesses and community engagement.
