The Alembic City master planning project is a dynamic blend of corporate, retail, and cultural elements, all unified within a walkable, pedestrian-friendly environment. Our approach centers on creating a vibrant corporate park, complemented by a unique retail experience and breweries, offering something truly distinctive.
The northern part of the campus is dedicated to a hotel and art district, anchored by the iconic brick silo of the existing glass factory. This preserves the area’s industrial heritage while introducing modern uses, ensuring the site retains its unique character.
One of the key features of the design is the seamless pedestrian access, connecting the southern retail spaces with the northern art district. The aim is to promote a healthy, walkable campus that encourages exploration and interaction.
In terms of sustainability, water management has been a priority. We’ve ensured that every point allows for natural percolation, with excess water directed into a canal system to conserve resources and mitigate runoff. The open spaces and building blocks respect the context of the existing surroundings, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
