The central corporate space is envisioned as a biophilic oasis, offering a dynamic and immersive landscape experience. We designed forested islands that not only serve as green retreats for people but also nurture diverse flora and fauna, creating a harmonious ecosystem. The two-level design brings nature closer to the corporate environment, balancing the workspace with outdoor rejuvenation.

At the lower level, a meandering pathway connects the garden with a seasonal swale. During the monsoons, it will carry rainwater, while the rest of the year it will be adorned with native grasses, adding texture and ecological value.

This central green space is a hub for various activities, including outdoor seating pods, huddle rooms for informal meetings, a yoga area for wellness, and a congregation plaza for larger gatherings. An amphitheatre provides a perfect setting for events, while cafés offer casual social spaces. This design brings a holistic wellness approach to the corporate environment, ensuring employees are connected to nature as part of their daily routine.
