At the heart of this corporate campus, the 2care building footprint occupies major portion of the site, with the surrounding area transformed into engaging, green spaces. The challenge here was to create innovative outdoor areas while accommodating the building’s heavy service requirements. The entrance is highlighted by a lush forest plaza, serving as a welcoming gateway for the entire campus.
The building’s design includes vertical greenery, with each floor's balcony hosting clusters of plants that contribute to the building's vibrant green facade. Drop zones are thoughtfully designed with varied pickup and waiting areas, ensuring a smooth flow for visitors and employees alike. A sustainable water feature, integrated into the design, not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also naturally cools the environment.
We’ve used native plants and creatively designed edge conditions, resulting in cost savings while maintaining ecological sensitivity. By incorporating vertical green spaces, we achieved over 50% green coverage, fostering a refreshing, environmentally friendly atmosphere across the campus.
